Keynote Speaker:

Brigadier General Kristin Goodwin, USAF (Ret) brings over 30 years of executive leadership experience from military command to strategic consulting, establishing herself as both a pioneering aviator and transformational business leader. As the first female to join a B-2 Stealth Bomber Squadron and first female Bomb Wing Commander, she accumulated over 3,000 flight hours and 187 combat hours while leading complex operations across roles from the Pentagon to Pacific Command.

Today, as CEO of The Delta-v and ACC-credentialed executive coach, Kristin applies her unique blend of operational expertise and strategic insight to guide organizations through business transformation and culture change initiatives. Her executive coaching practice spans technology, aerospace, cybersecurity, and healthcare industries, where she helps leaders navigate complexity with clarity and drive sustainable results. Through keynote presentations and strategic coaching engagements, Kristin empowers executives to break through limitations and build high-performing cultures, demonstrating that exceptional leadership emerges when people understand their purpose and are equipped with the tools to achieve extraordinary outcomes.
